Shipping

• We only ship orders on business days.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same or following day; orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.
• For luggage or bulky items, we use UPS or FedEx. For smaller items, we use USPS, FedEx, or UPS, at our discretion. 
• From November 25th to December 31st (during the Holiday season), processing and shipping times might be longer than normal.
• Normal delivery time is 1-6 days from the date an item was shipped, while most orders get delivered within 2-3 days).
