Refund policy

Returns

If you decide that the product isn't for you, you can return it any time within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is still in its original condition. We offer discounted shipping labels on all returns on everything. Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise.

We're happy to help you return your item. Here are two ways to send it back:

  1. Easy Return Label: We can provide a discounted pre-paid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Your Own Label: You can use your preferred shipping method, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship your return to:

Ineligible products

  • Used items. excluding returns for product defects, refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, all tags and packaging must be intact. If a return is refused, you will have 10 days to provide a written notice to reclaim the items by providing us with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to you.
  • Our return policy does not apply if the usability is restricted by improper use, faulty operation, or external forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g., deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches, wear, etc.). We recommend inspecting your product immediately after retrieval from transport handling and filing a claim with the responsible party.
  • We cannot accept mailed returns of certain products containing hazardous materials, such as powered coolers and portable generators. These items can be returned in person to our warehouse or through a shipping professional who can meet the required shipping conditions. Any return restrictions will be noted on the product page.
  • Final Sale items. Sale items and regularly priced items may be returned. FINAL SALE items are yours to keep.


Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, ensure that you get a trackable proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we can locate the item (it is not always possible) and you'd like it returned, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.


Refunds (if applicable) 

If you return an item within 30 days of being delivered, or available for collection by you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will fully refund you through the original payment method or store credit, and you'll be notified by email. 

If your product was delivered to us more than 3-5 days ago and you didn't receive an email about your refund, check your bank account or credit card; it might already be there. If you did receive the email but not the refund, wait 3-5 business days and then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, buyer's remorse returns including but not limited to no longer needed, accidental order, better price available, didn't like material or color, item too small or too large will have the return shipping cost deducted.

Returns can be sent back to us using a return label provided by us, the amount will be deducted from your refund, or you can use your own label if you prefer. 

 

Exchanges

To get your desired product as quickly as possible, simply return the original item following our instructions and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you secure the new item before it sells out while your return is being processed.

 

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, so if you initially selected expedited shipping or any other shipping service besides our free shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Pre-order items' payment is made at checkout as a regular item.
  • Due to the nature of pre-order items' nature, we don't accept cancellations.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive, but we cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date.
  • Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms and conditions.
